SSL Swim School
We are proud to say that we are currently welcome around 1400 children to lessons each week across both of our sites at the Kingfisher Leisure Centre and Hadleigh Swimming Pool
Join the journey through Aquatics… we offer an extensive range of lessons from pre-school aged just 6 months through to Adult Improvers. It gives every pupil the opportunity to reach their full potential by learning vital water safety skills and gain competence in all the swimming strokes.
The programme incorporates the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) newly revised National Plan for Teaching swimming therefore providing a clear pathway for each swimmer to reach their full potential in learning skills that will last a lifetime.
The NEW Aquatic Link then takes children through into the competitive world of swimming club.
Swim School runs throughout the year to support continuity in learning and to increase the rate of progression. We also use a range of awards from the ASA within our programme including a unique reward scheme to recognise those pupils who complete the highest award.
