Answer customer queries face to face and by telephone
Distribute incoming and send outgoing post
Promote membership and facilities of the Centre
Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc.
2 positions hours to be confirmed but will include evening and weekend work.
£7.83 per hour
The Suitable candidate willl help lead and develop South Suffolk Leisures Quality Management
Responsibilites to include:
• The management of day to day operational staff
• The daily operations of the centre
• The Customer Service Team
• One to one and team meetings
• Assisting with allocated health and safety tasks
The successful applicant must hold or be able to work towards the National Pool Lifeguard
Qualification (NPLQ) and Pool Plant Operator Certificate within three months of employment. (NPLQ is subject to a swimming ability observed assessment).
39 hours per week over a three week rota. Shift pattern will reange from 06.15 - 22.15 and include weekends.
Salary £19,725 per annum. (Job Share would be considered)

As the Manager on Duty, you are an integral part of the team responsible for the day to day operation of your facility. The workload is varied, no day is the same, so we are looking for organised, proactive and problem-solving team player to lead the operational team.
You will have an eye for detail with first class customer service skills and the confidence to communicate with people from all walks of life. You will be able to adhere to the Health & Safety procedures ensuring the comfort and safety of your customers and colleagues.
You will required to complete some administration tasks and reach deadlines to support your Centre Manager with a variety of projects.
You ideally will hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
Your continuous professional development is as important to us as it is to you and we provide access to a variety of courses and qualifications.
You will need to be a minimum of 18 years old and hold previous experience of working in a role of responsibility, ideally in leisure.

Salary: £8.62 per hour

South Suffolk Leisure are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Lifeguard team, to undertake a range of duties in the wet and dry areas of our centres. The main responsibilities will be:
Ideally the successful candidate will hold a current RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or the ability to obtain the qualification within 1 month of employment which we will fund if sucessful in permanent employment.
