Position: Customer Service Advisor
Centre: Kingfisher Leisure Centre, Sudbury, CO10 2SU
Salary: £15,922.91 FTE (£7.83ph)
Hours Of Work: 20 hours per week, average (includes evenings and weekends)
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our front of house team. You will ensure efficient, effective and professional customer service is given to customers using our busy leisure centre. You will provide a meet & greet service, deal with customer enquiries, recommend and promote other services and products available to meet the customers needs, tour and advise on the best membership options as well as fulfil basic sales and administration tasks. You must be highly motivated and committed to delivering high standards of customer service. Experience is not necessary but would be desirable. Full training will be given to the successful candidate. Working hours will include evenings, weekends as well as bank holidays.

We are looking for confident, motivated and approachable Health & Wellbeing Coaches to help make a difference by changing lives. You need to be able to communicate, encourage and inspire our customers all of different ages and abilities to be active more often. Main duties include instructing customers on the safe use of the fitness equipment, designing workout programmes for clients, being on hand on the gym floor to help and advise customers as and when required, maintain the cleanliness of the gym area and some admin tasks.

As the Manager on Duty, you are an integral part of the team responsible for the day to day operation of your facility. The workload is varied, no day is the same, so we are looking for organised, proactive and problem-solving team player to lead the operational team.
You will have an eye for detail with first class customer service skills and the confidence to communicate with people from all walks of life. You will be able to adhere to the Health & Safety procedures ensuring the comfort and safety of your customers and colleagues.
You will required to complete some administration tasks and reach deadlines to support your Centre Manager with a variety of projects.
You ideally will hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
Your continuous professional development is as important to us as it is to you and we provide access to a variety of courses and qualifications.
You will need to be a minimum of 18 years old and hold previous experience of working in a role of responsibility, ideally in leisure.
Responsibilites to include: • The management of all operational staff • Quality management systems • Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained in all departments • Acting as key holder responsible for locking and unlocking the site • Adhering to Health & Safety requirements • Assist in administrative duties • Dealing with customer comments, complaints and queries • Set ups and take downs for sport activities • To work with the centre manager to achieve high standards of the centre • Level 2 Gym Instructor qualified
Salary: £8.62 per hour
Hours Of Work: 9.5 hours per week including evening and weekends
